How to take your measures
Measure around the fullest part of your bust (usually over the nipple). Hold the tape gently so that the tape is resting lightly on your body. Make sure that the tape measure is straight across your back, and sits parallel to the floor.
The correct place to measure your waist is halfway between your lowest rib and the top of your hipbone. This is roughly around the smallest part of your natural waistline in line with your belly button. Breathe out normally and measure.
Wrap measuring tape around your waist, snug, but not tight - this is your waist measurement. Wrap measuring tape around your hip, snug, but not tight - this is your hip measurement. If you fall between sizes consider the next largest size. Panties should lay smooth against the skin, never digging or pinching.
For accurate results, please measure your body without clothing.
